I am thankful for all the people who have opened their lives to me to help them gain better health, including family and friends. Through helping those in need, I feel very thankful/ gracious on a daily basis. To be able to teach others on healthy habits, as they teach me their specialities in return, we all benefit. So thank you Honey milk for providing Karen Kantor a position wherein she has provided me with some Honey Milk that I was able to pass onto those in need of better health.
I look forward to an Eggnog flavored Honeymilk one day.

I'm thankful for an amazing family. I know. Soooooo cheesy. Without them, very little is possible in my life. They drive me so crazy, I need to escape to run. :) They run with me. My daughter and husband take turns watching the younger kiddos so I'm even able to go run. I can't forget all of the moral support they give me as well. If I have a bad race or run, they are waiting for me. Ready to tell me to shake it off. There's always tomorrow. I love them and am so incredibly blessed.

I am so thankful for my health and strength. It sounds so cliche but I work at a hospital and mainly for a children's hospital and so whenever I walk in a room with a child who has a chronic illness or has cancer, I leave the room, and text my husband that i love him and tell him how thankful that I am that we have our health and strength.
I am also a group fitness instructor and I am thankful that I can teach classes and encourage my members to stay fit and continue to be fit for their families.
I am also thankful for the opportunity that I have to run races and the finances to pay for these races and meet great people at these races who encourage me to be the best athlete I can when so many other people can't.

I am thankful that I started to run three years ago - for my health and for my sanity. I am thankful that I have a dad and best friend who love to run and run with me. I am thankful that I have a supportive and encouraging family and friend network who put up with my "running-induced-craziness." I am thankful for the opportunities running has given me - broadening my horizons through travel, experiences, and the people I meet. I am thankful for good runs and bad, because the bad ones make me appreciate the good ones more. I am thankful for my ability to run when others can't.

I am thankful for having had the strength and courage to start training for my first marathon, for sticking to it and finishing this goal. I am thankful for my healthy family and for another year to spend with my parents. I am thankful for all the blessings we receive on a daily basis.

I am thankful for Marathon makeover, because that's how I learned about the great Honey Milk. I love your strawberry banana flavor!
