Craig Alexander Defends Title at the Muskoka 70.3 IM

The only man to ever win the Subaru Ironman 70.3 Muskoka, AHM Athlete Crowie defended his title again this year with an impressive 3:58:33 time. Craig ran an impressive 1:12:05 split to pass Colorado native Paul Matthews and cruise to his third victory at Muskoka. Craig has used the Muskoka IM 70.3 the last few years as a final tune up before heading to Kona for the Ironman World Championships.

Team Alexander moves on to Hawaii tomorrow for the final 4 weeks preparation for Kona. Go get ‘em Crowie…AHM will be cheering you on.
