We were super excited for our first Austin Marathon since relocating our offices to the state capital, and it lived up to our expectations. Not only did some of our employees run the race itself, but we got to meet a lot of amazing people during the weekend. Here’s just a few highlights from our weekend at the Austin Marathon. Our first couple days were spent at the Austin Marathon Expo slingin’ all five delicious flavors of HoneyMilk. We were happy to introduce a lot of the Austin runners to the product and to get a chance to meet our loyal fans.
On Race Day we divided and conquered…some were running the race and the rest were heading to RunTex to cheer on the runners near Mile 8. While the runners were rocking it on the course (they all got PRs!) we were rocking it out at the cheer station! The DJ was spinning records as we passed out HoneyMilk, bananas, and some breakfast tacos to the spectators and runners. We kept the party going throughout the race and had a blast cheering on the runners.
All in all, another great race weekend in Austin and trust us…we’ll be back in 2012! Did you see us in Austin this weekend?
