My favorite easy recipe is for smoothies:

1/2c frozen berries
2 hand fulls of spinach (you cannot taste it)
1 bottle of vanilla HoneyMilk (or your favorite flavor)
ICE
Blend up!! and ENJOY
Fav bottle of honey milk, 1 banana, 1apple, some frozen berries of your choice, scoop of flax seeds, some lowfat yogurt, a cup of green tea, some spinach, blend well, chill and enjoy
Thick Frosty Pina Coladas topped w/ nutmeg
3cups Athletes HoneyMilk-honey or vanilla (2 bottles will work)
1 can (10oz) frozen pina colada concentrate, thawed
1 tsp rum extract
Combine HoneyMilk, pina colada concentrate & extract in blander/food processor-blend to combine about 15-secs. Turn ON ice cream, yogart, sorbet maker, pour into machine & let mix until mixture becomes slushy, about 15-20mins. Serve immediately & sprinkle w/nutmeg.
Can use just HoneyMilk straight & process in machine to become slushy. Top w/whipped topping & nutmeg. Yummy!
