Fall has arrived, and the weather is beautiful! Sometimes you need to wake up a little bit earlier, drink that coffee, and go outside and just sweat it out on these beautiful mornings! Bring your music, some water, and your strong, powerful, and beautiful body and just do it. If you are really up for a workout, run 2-4 miles beforehand. And yes, it also depends on how much time you have, but either way you will get a great workout!
Perform 3 rounds of each exercise and take a 1 minute rest between each round.
50x Walking Lunges – Make sure to take a long enough step, so that your front knee does not go over your big toe. Slow and steady, and remember to alternate. When you get to 50, turn around and jog back.
20x Curbside Push-Ups – Keep your core and legs engaged. Slow and steady. Exhale when you are pushing up. Make sure to not let your hips sag.
30x Plank – Touch Opposite Shoulder – Core and legs engaged. Spread your feet a little bit wider, so that your hips are not moving back and forth. Align your wrists under your shoulders. Slowly touch your opposite shoulder and remember to breathe.
60x Mountain Climbers – Remember to always stay light on your feet! Wrists aligned with your shoulders, like you are in plank position. Drive your knees into your chest like you are running in place.
20x Plank – Knee To Elbow – In plank position, bring your feet close together. Slowly bring one leg to touch either your elbow or triceps. Keep your core and legs engaged, while trying to keep your hips square. Again… slow and steady.
20x Squats – Keep feet a little bit wider than shoulder width. Slow and steady, lower down, and then come right back up. Really engage those quads.
